Graduate Student Assistantship Fee Waiver
Up to fifteen Graduate Assistant fee waivers will be granted for research students to attend the Conference. Participants in this category are encouraged to present at the Conference and to submit their papers to the Journal. In return, they will be asked to be a chairperson in parallel sessions during the entire length of the conference (except the session in which they are presenting). Chairing guidelines will be provided, including the format of session introductions, managing time, and question and answer. A reference letter will be provided to each Graduate Assistant at the end of the conference.

General Registration Fee Waiver
A limited number of general registration fee waivers will be provided for people who would be unable to attend the Conference if they had to pay the registration fee. These waivers are reserved for individuals not in full time employment or affiliated with an institution, or participants attending from developing countries. Please note that unfortunately, if you do not fall into one of these categories it is unlikely you will be granted a fee waiver as there is considerable demand for these positions. We are also unable to assist with any other form of financial support or travel grant. Applicants for the General Registration Fee Waiver need to make a case explaining their particular circumstances. The quality of each applicant’s presentation proposal will also be assessed. Please email a statement, no longer than two pages or 500 words, including:
- Name, affiliation
- Email address
- Special circumstances warranting a fee waiver
- Proposal number (if a proposal was submitted)
