There are many research and activities to improve and optimize agriculture and aquaculture production in the wide world. Recently incorporation of recirculated fish culture system with vegetable hydroponics production (integrated culture) have become an interesting model for commercial sector and also environmental scientists. The polyculture approach generally involves to culture of many species of fish and crustaceans, in freshwater ecosystem usually the main organisms are tilapias (Oreochromis sp.) and carp (Cyprinus carpio), although these species have a limited commercial value in Europe and USA (developed country). The development and optimization of sustainable integrated culture system base on freshwater prawn (M. rosenbergii), plant and poultry with high level of efficiency in aqua/agriculture sector involves identification and special requirements of species (i.e. food and nutrient) in system.
